Ireland's only Tier IV regional data centre

One of the major attractions of the Westpark Shannon business campus is our custom designed Tier IV Regional Data Centre, which is the only one of its kind in Ireland outside the greater Dublin area.

The lower ground floor of each of our seven landmark buildings has been specifically designated for lease by tenants for data centre purposes. These ‘Shell & Core’ facilities measure a total of 22,000 sq ft and are supported by a 10,000 sq ft plant yard adjacent boasting a 110 KVA power supply.

In our 3 completed buildings, Westpark currently has the capability to house up to 150 client co-location cabinets. Once all 7 buildings are complete in 2012 it is estimated that we will have the facility to house up to 400 client co-location cabinets as well as providing market-leading power density of up to 10 kilowatts per day.

Offering the highest levels of data centre security in Ireland, tenants can choose to manage data centre operations themselves or alternatively outsource this to the Data Centre Management team at Westpark.
