About Westpark Shannon Business Campus

Phase 2 – Due For Completion In 2012

Work is currently underway on Phase 2 of the Westpark Shannon business campus. Phase 2 will comprise of the remaining 4 of 7 landmark buildings, offering 450,000 sq ft of stylish and cutting edge office space for both lease and purchase.

Phase 2 will also feature an extensive range of social and lifestyle amenities that will create an integrated working and living environment that satisfies all the demands of the 21st century corporate world.

These unique lifestyle and social amenities will include:

• A stunning ‘Central Park’ area featuring sunken gardens, raised platforms, footbridges and plazas
