Coming Soon to Westpark Shannon - the Smartest Ever Work and Lifestyle Offices

The new Pavillion - ready to welcome the next wave of dynamic businesses to Ireland's smartest business campus. 


Building on the success of the park and on demand, Westpark Shannon is expanding to welcome the next wave of dynamic businesses to Shannon. Work on two of the planned five new office blocks (over 200,000 sq. ft) has begun and will cater for an additional 1,000 people, adding to the existing community of 2,000.

These will be the smartest ever business offices. They will be super energy efficient, technologically smart and create the perfect work environment.

They will be ideally suited to large or small companies in aviation, logistics, finance, big data, software, publishing, ICT and business services. The new spacious office blocks will include a multi-deck car park for an additional 1,000 cars and both blocks will be linked and supported by a central commercial Plaza and Pavilion-style building. The new development will embrace the concepts of ‘the working family’ and of ‘team building’.

The Plaza (25,000 sq. ft): The Plaza will support all the daily activities and include a variety of healthy restaurants and cafés serving the best of local produce, board rooms, meeting rooms, conference areas, retail stores, breakout space and recreational zones. These will all be adjacent to a gym and activities room.

The Pavilion (10,000 sq. ft): The Pavilion is a unique architectural design and will link and house the reception of the campus and the new offices. Within the Pavilion there will be a large breakout area designed for evening conferences, product displays and launches, celebrations and entertainment.

Healthier living will be encouraged through food menu choices, gym facilities, outdoor walks, trails and jogging tracks.

This new workspace, in the landscaped park, will encourage innovation, creativity and idea-sharing.
