Our ‘Warm Fit-Out’ offices are particularly suitable for clients who require a ready to move into unfurnished enterprise space. Westpark’s ‘Warm fit-out offices’ are finished to an extremely high standard and feature suspended ceilings and raised flooring. Clients choosing this option can put their own finishing touches to the space such as décor, furniture, IT and phone systems.

Ireland's Only Regional Data Centre:
The Westpark Shannon business campus houses Ireland's only Regional Data Centre. Offering the highest levels of data centre security, tenants can choose to manage data centre operations themselves or alternatively outsource management of the centre to our Data Centre Management team at Westpark.
The lower ground floor of each of our 7 landmark buildings has been specifically designated for lease by tenants for data centre purposes, offering a total area of 22,000 sq ft and supported by a 10,000 sq ft plant yard adjacent, boasting a 110 KVA power supply. Our long haul Tier 1 network connections make a Data Centre at Westpark Shannon an excellent strategic base for an international business continuity centre, disaster recover hub or IT multi-support centre.

Our state-of-the-art meeting rooms, board room and conference facilities are available for use by both existing tenants and outside businesses and organisations.
